Keeping up with everything can get tricky. There's so much to do and manage, especially now that I'm going to have my own cafe, commissary kitchen & bar. But I really love being busy and having a lot on my plate. I work really well under pressure...maybe even better. I have a hard time asking for help, even though I know I can't do everything. But I sure do try!
